THE ROLE
Production Engineer for a Ukrainian mil-tech company developing autonomous technologies for the modern battlefield and creating innovative solutions that are already transforming the defense industry.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes.
Bridge product development and manufacturing to ensure a smooth transition into production.
Optimize production methods to reduce costs and lead times.
Support existing products and introduce new products into production.
Develop process sheets, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
Implement new manufacturing technologies and technical solutions.
Analyze the root causes of defects and non-conformities.
Maintain change-control documentation and implement updates based on new requirements or research findings.
Define operating parameters, process cycle times, and equipment utilization.
Train production personnel on new manufacturing processes.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU
2–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with technical documentation and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience in defense tech, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing.
Familiarity with NDAA requirements and export control regulations.
Experience in UAV manufacturing or related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Odoo.
Experience building and scaling manufacturing processes from the ground up.
