ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Production Engineer to develop, improve, and scale manufacturing processes for our UAV systems.
You will work closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to translate product designs into stable, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining the required quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
2–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read and work with engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Understanding of manufacturing quality and workplace safety standards.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, 1C, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets.
High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and process documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes.
Translate engineering designs and product requirements into practical production processes.
Improve manufacturing methods to reduce production time, cost, and unnecessary operations.
Support existing products and prepare new products for manufacturing.
Create process sheets, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and production procedures.
Introduce and validate new manufacturing technologies and process improvements.
Analyze manufacturing defects and identify root causes.
Maintain engineering and manufacturing change documentation and update processes based on new requirements or test results.
Calculate production cycle times, equipment utilization, and individual operation duration.
Support production planning and process optimization.
Train production personnel on new manufacturing procedures and technologies.
Work closely with engineering and R&D teams during product updates and production scaling.
