The role
We are looking for an Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations to support day-to-day financial operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, working with primary documentation, and ensuring proper tracking of materials and financial transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
The day-to-day
Receive, verify, and process primary documentation related to incoming materials, raw materials, components, tools, and inventoryRecord inventory on accounting accounts (20, 22, 25, 28, etc.)
Reflect material transactions in accounting systems (1C / BAS / SAP)
Ensure correct VAT accounting during inventory recognition
Maintain analytical accounting of materials by warehouses, items, and responsible persons
Reconcile inventory balances with warehouses and participate in stocktaking processes
Track movement of materials: transfers, returns, and write-offs
Maintain production accounting across relevant accounts (201, 202, 209, 281, 231, 903, 91, 661, 651, 642, 6411)
Prepare reports on inventory movement for accounting and management
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams
You should apply if you
Have 2+ years of experience as an Accountant
Have a strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
Hold a relevant higher education degree and/or additional certifications
Are an experienced PC user (office software)
Have experience with 1C (8 UTP), M.E.Doc, Client-Bank, and other specialized accounting software
Are willing to learn and develop professionally
Are accurate and reliable in reporting
Can work effectively in a multitasking environment
